Order Status Letter or Statement of Account. Letters are valid for 30 days from date of letter. After the 30 days you may request Updated Status Letter for the same closing only.

If you can not pay using PayPal you can mail a check to our office and write "check" in the merchant ID section of form.

Submittal Process

You must provide the Merchant ID number found on your email receipt from Pay Pal.
Once we match the payment to the submitted form we will email confirmation that your request has been received.
