First Right of Refusal

Cherry Creek Townhouse Corp has a 15 day first right of refusal (FROR). The 15 days only starts after we receive this document. No Status Letter will be sent until after this time period has passed. Per the association documents homeowners have the right to make a like offer prior to any sale in the association.
