As a convenience we offer a CIC Document Disclosure Package that includes the following items: 1. Association Governing Documents, 2. Policies, 3. Current year budget, 4. Certificate of Insurance, 5. Reserve Study & Audit (if available) 6. Last APPROVED Annual Minutes & 1 year Meeting Minutes, 7. Prior year-end & Current month financial

Please call first to confirm we manage the association, REFUND POLICY
If you can not pay using PayPal you can mail a check to our office and write "check" in the merchant ID section of form.
*These documents can also be provided by the seller from their HOA website for free

Submittal Process

Make your payment using the "Buy Now" link to the right. Pay Pal will email a receipt with the "Merchant" ID number on it.
Once your payment has been made please submit form below on this page.
You must provide the Merchant ID number found on your email receipt from Pay Pal.
Once we match the payment to the submitted form we will email confirmation that your request has been received.
We can only start the process once BOTH the form AND payment are received.
