As a convenience we offer a CIC Document Disclosure Package that included documednts found on the homeowner website. The package includes the following: 1. Association Governing Documents, 2. Policies, 3. Current year budget, 4. Certificate of Insurance, 5. Reserve Study & Audit (if one) 6. Last Annual Minutes & Six months of Meeting Minutes, 7. Prior year-end & Current month financial
