CERTIFIED COVENANT
COMPLIANCE INSPECTION

As a convenience we offer a certified covenant compliance inspection to assure that the home being purchased is in complete compliance prior to closing. This protects the buyer from possible cost right after closing. Once we complete our inspection we will provide a Certificate of Compliance &/or a list of issues with photos.

REFUND NOTE: Due to the extensive preparation required, including on-site inspections, refunds will only be issued for orders "Standard Delivery" cancelled within 2 business days of date of purchase. Refunds are not provided on "Rush Delivery".

Please call first to confirm we manage the association, as all sales are final and we do not issue refunds.

Once we complete our inspection we will provide a Certificate of Compliance &/or a list of issues with photos. Note: the covenant compliance inspection is always completed on exterior changes.

Submittal Process

Make your payment using the "Buy Now" link to the right. Pay Pal will email a receipt with the "Merchant" ID number on it.
Once your payment has been made please submit form below on this page.
You must provide the Merchant ID number found on your email receipt from Pay Pal.
Once we match the payment to the submitted form we will email confirmation that your request has been received.
We can only start the process once BOTH the form AND payment are received.
