Cancellation Policy:
We do not issue refunds after an order has been fullfiled
If an order is cancelled prior to being fullfiled then there is a $20 refund fee this covers PayPal fee & EMG's cost of processing
Expired Status Letters may be reissued for the same homeowner for $50. New homeowner will require a new status letter.
Payment Terms:
StandardTurnaround Times is end of bussiness, 5 business days from date payment and form are received (1 week)
RushTurnaround Time is end of business, 1 to 2 business days from the date payment and form are received
