CERTIFIED COVENANT
​COMPLIANCE INSPECTION 

As a convenience we offer a certified covenant compliance inspection to assure that the home being purchased is in complete compliance prior to closing.  This protects the buyer from possible cost right after closing.  This service is available for Mortgage Companies / Lending Institutions (with consent of owner) Once we complete our inspection we will provide a Certificate of Compliance &/or a list of issues with photos. ​

First Right of Refusal



Cherry Creek Townhouse Corp​ has a 15 day first right of refusal (FROR). The 15 days only starts after we receive this document. No Status Letter will be sent until after this time period has passed. Per the association documents homeowners have the right to make a like offer prior to any sale in the association.

QUITCLAIM DEED NAME & ACCOUNT CHANGE

Did you change your last name or add an additional person to your deed? If you did complete a quitclaim deed name change with the county, please submit your filed document with our office so that we can update your records with the association. It is easier for us to do it at the same time of the deed change then to do it months latter.

​SINGLE - UNIT APPROVAL QUESTIONNAIRE

The information in this questionnaire is needed to obtain FHA-insured financing for a Condominium Unit located in a Condominium Project. The Condominium Association/Management company is to complete Section 2 and return the completed questionnaire to the Mortgagee.
