Below you will find boxes broken out into 12 months. This is for Maintenance items not Board Meetings. Please add to each box items that are routinely completed each year. Example pool opens on Memorial Day you would put "pool opening" in the month of May. Here are some ideas of other items that may be included. Pool closing, Landscape contract starts, Backflow testing, Pool Contract, Elevator Inspection, Fire Alarm Inspections, Contract Start/Stop, etc... It is good to ask several Board members to assist with this. No one person can remember everything.
