Per the new Colorado Law - HB22-1137 that passed in August, 2022 a owner can request that Collections or Violation letters be sent in both English and another language. You may use the form below to request these documents in another language. Please note that we will provide these documents as quickly as possible and any cost associated for the translation services will be billed to your HOA account. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you a cost for this service prior to the request as each language may reflect a different fee from the translation company.
