At EMG Family & our Earth are important so we strive to operate as a eco friendly green business. Saving the earth while also saving money for our Associations is a choice.
When many companies are trying to increase their bottom line we strive to decrease our footprint. |

•As much as possible, we strive to be paperless and encourage our Board’s to do the same. We email this proposal to the Boards and will hand deliver only one hard copy.
•We hand deliver all NEW homeowners Welcome Bags and answer questions for owners who are new to HOA's •We use green cleaning products |
•Our office lights are LED and we encourage all of our Associations to change to energy efficient light bulbs when possible. You will even find us working with the lights off when there is plenty of daylight.
•We prioritize working with green vendors •We recycle and reuse. We do not offer individual plastic bottled water in our office |
Annual green Board member Event
Once Covid allows we plan to host an annual green enviro-friendly Board Member event. This is a great time to fellowship with other association Board Members and learn from our Green vendors ways to reduce the association and your personal footprint.
