After over 30 years of experience in the HOA Management industry, Erica Sandoval is known as one of the leading authorities in the industry. From her peers, vendors, attorneys and Board members, Erica is sought out for her opinions and expertise in the field of Community Association Management.
Erica not only excels at managing covenant controlled communities, she has proven to also excel at the task of running the operations for management companies. Through her expertise and education, Erica has developed a strong understanding in the development of HOA’s and Metropolitan Districts, working closely with several Builders and Developers in the Denver and Summit County area.
When not working in her career field, which she has a passion for, Erica enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time in the beautiful outdoors of Colorado as well as Oregon, where she has family. Her favorite times are spending time with her grown children and grandchildren.
