Requests submitted without prior verification that we manage the property may be delayed or rejected. Please contact our office in advance to confirm.
Refund Policy: Customers who cancel an order prior to fulfillment will receive a refund, less a $20 administrative fee. Due to the extensive preparation required for Covenant Inspections, these orders may only be canceled within two (2) business days of the date of purchase. Refunds are not provided for ‘Rush Delivery’ orders. All sales are final after fulfillment.
