QUITCLAIM DEED RECORDS CHANGE - please read the information below very carefully

Did you change your last name or add an additional person to your deed? If you did complete a quitclaim deed name change with the county, please submit your filed document with our office so that we can update your records with the association. It is easier for us to do it at the same time of the deed change then to do it months latter.

***Specials Note -This form does not apply to quitclaim deed changes where the current owner is no longer listed. For this type of change a status letter will be required along with the transfer fee.***  


If you are only changing the Sir name this please submit this form but no payment is required. Sir name change only is always Free.
​If you are adding someone's name to the original deed with the original owner still listed on the deed, then below are the cost. 

Provided within 3 month of the Deed change - Free  
Provided after 3 months of the Deed Change - $50
Provided after 1 year of the Deed Change - $100  

Submittal Process

1. Make your payment using the "Buy Now" link to the right. Pay Pal will email a receipt with the "Merchant" ID number on it. 
2. Once your payment has been made please submit form below on this page. ​
3. You must provide the Merchant ID number found on your email receipt from Pay Pal.
4. Once we match the payment to the submitted form we will email confirmation that your request has been received. 
5. We can only start the process once BOTH the form AND payment are received.
